Great site. My daughter Nicole spent some time in The Gambia and Senegal this year and learnt some Mandinka and Wolof - I would like to find a language tutor for her. The bookshops of London cannot help.

I`m very happy to be able to connect to TheGambian site because it makes me feel closer to such a friendly african country as well as friendly peoples that the Gambia has within its borders. I know because i`ve resided there for a period of 5 years. Very very good!

Wonderful site! It has really saved me lots of dollars and hours in searching for cultural information about my country, which I use for presentations during International Discussions at my University. Being a Computer Science Major with special keenness on Internet technology, especially JAVA, I can deliver my expertise free for this worthy cause. Once again, I salute you for a job well done!

I was a teacher at the Gambia College 1993-1994. I have been travelling so much since that I have lost contact with my students and friends in the Gambia. I would particularly like to get in touch with George who was in the HDA class, Ida Nyassi from the Agri. Ministry, and Badu Senghore, Head of the Agri. Dept. I have finally completed my book "Medicinal Plants of the World" and it is now available on the market. I would like to have a copy sent to the College Library.
